6 - Thursday Thirteen

13 Authors Melli Likes To Read
and at least one book that might be favorite...

This list does not include authors who have written one
great book that I love (i.e. - Kahlil Gibran - The Prophet).
This is a list of authors who consistently
put out novels that I enjoy!

1. Janet Evanovitch - The entire Plum Series!
2. Anne Rule - And Never Let Her Go
3. Jan Karon - The Mitford Series
4. Anne Rivers Siddons - Colony
5. Maeve Binchy - Circle Of Friends
6. Nelson DeMille - The Lion's Game
7. Lillian Jackson Braun - The Cat Who series
8. James Herriot - All Creatures Great and Small
9. Chris Bohjalian - The Law of Similars
10. John Grisham - The Chamber
11. Lawrence Sanders - The McNally series (very tongue in cheek!)
12. James Patterson - 4th of July
13. Sandra Brown - FantaC ( i don't read romance often - but when i do, she's the one! She's fairly risque!)

Someday I'll make another list of my favorite "classics"!

I've read most every John Grisham novel. The Client is STILL my favorite. Most of them now (I guess since I've read most of them...seem the same thing...but with different names)

Great list, dear Melli, dear Melli.

My T T is up---campaigning for 2008 *wink*.

Oh, the Stephanie Plum series is my favorite! Love how goofy she is and all the chemistry between her and Ranger and her and joe.

James Herriot... My favourite. I can see the old TV-serie they made over and over and over again. I love animals, the characters he's describing and I adore his humor!

Great author list :-)

I've never read any of these authors. I'll have to come back to this list the next time I'm out of books to read and searching for a new one.

Thanks for stopping by my TT. Happy Thursday!
