Please... Feel free to berate me for how BORING this post is!

(honestly... if you don't I'll never learn my lesson!)
Well... as usual, I forgot about the hunt until this morning! So I'm left to find something "silver" around the house! Well, I don't have silver jewelry. And I don't have my mother's old silver platters and candlestick holders... I don't have any of my own either... I don't really care for silver much as a matter of fact! LOL! Sooo... it was either the forks and spoons (which aren't REAL silver either)... the bathtub spigot... or this...

THIS came out looking the "neatest" ... so it's what ya get!
I'll try to be more interesting
NEXT WEEK!

Hey, it works for me! I wanted to take a picture of "Silver" Lake near here but didn't make it up there.
Have a super weekend.

Melli this is so neat! Don't berate yourself I won't berate you either! It is a wonderful take on the theme! I like it! Seen enough jewelry and silverware!
Thanks for stopping by today. Happy Saturday!

Melli ! are you fishing for compliments ? Your picture is absolutely wonderful ! It's far more interesting than my boring cutlery and jewlrey ! I only thought of real silver instead of finding something else like one of our friends did, she took a picture of her silver hair ! That's what I call being creative ! So yours is just fine and I am happy to know now that you don't have any silver jewelery but only white gold (with diamonds) and that's why you couldn't put it as "silver" !

I have enjoyed seeing what others come up with..Have a great weekend especially tomorrow church hunting...going to look at kitties today..the one I thought I was getting did not work out...they all bite me for some reason...Hmm...wonder what is wrong with me...sad!!! sAndy

Well stick a finger down my mouth and call it boring!! *gag*
JUST TEASING OF COURSE. Hey, it's silver in color, so that's what counts in my book.
AND...ya know something? Here we are again, with silver in common...I don't like silver jewelry for myself either...what with gold at $600 oz...can't go wrong in case I need to pawn something.

I think this is very interesting. It took me all week to think of something. You are very clever to have figured one out just this morning. :)

I think it's a very creative photo! Paper clips usually end up in the wash at home because I'm forever picking them up off the floor at work when I find them in the hall and sticking them in my pocket ;~)
Have a great weekend, Melli! Thanks for coming by this morning :)

I actually find it kind of unique and interesting.
Since I didn't have a silver photo already in my collection, I couldn't be bothered going to take one.
Good one, Melli~!

None of my lists are working so I could not find anyone to visit until I went back into old posts and there you are.
That is a nice photo, I like it. In keeping with the not wanting to be predictable I gave it a little twist.

At first I had a can full of silver nails. This is infinitely more interesting than that...
I didn't choose the nails after all.
Nothing is uninteresting if taken from a new perspective!
Mine is up too.

I don't think that this is boring at all. I think that it is rather creative and you know this would make interesting desktop wallpaper. If I was to award someone for the most creative hunt for this week the award would go to you. Kudos!

Pshaw - your photo closeup is brilliant! That's what I like about the Photo Hunt -- everyone seems to bring his/her own take on the theme -- none better or worse than the other -- just different! Take care.

Paper clips work! Gosh, looking around if I had to find something immediately silver - besides my stainless steel kitchen sink - this evil Hershey's Kiss that is sitting here looking at me may do.
It's in one of those, "In case of Emergency break glass" type of things to taunt my chocolate addiction. =O)

That was a swell post. Wasn't able to join the Photo hunters. I was at a loss when I was going to post and all of a sudden I couldn't open my own blogger as I was switched to the new blogger buzz and not the blogger beta. They said blogger beta is already dead and this is the new one. So anyway, no Photo Hunter today but have something special for everyone. It is much better than silver and gold. Please do visit if you have the time.
