Digging Out...

Soooooo our friend Rick came by this morning with his tractor. Dennis sure wishes we still had our old John Deere with the front end loader! Rick made quick work of our snow with his!

So guess what?

We're under a storm warning for tomorrow night into
Wednesday. Another 7 - 14 inches can be expected!
WHERE are we gonna PUT it???

I think I need a trip to Florida about now...

Melli -- I know Massachusetts isn't as warm as Florida, but I'll be there soon.

Oooh, that's exciting, we've had about two inches of snow all winter - now I want to see if investing in a four wheel drive Land Rover was worth it for Snow Driving!

I just talked to my son this morning (in DC) and he said he was out at work. I told him the storm skirted his sister and she didn't get any. He told me to tell her to come on up that it would probably be there for a couple of months. :)Hope for warmer temps soon for melting.
Thanks for your comment on my snowflake shot. It's not that I'm unhappy with it it just wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. :)
The background was a black piece of paper to catch the snowflakes on.

Good you had a friend with a tractor! Wow, how cool is that.

I wonder how long it will take all that to melt off -- that and whatever new stuff you get.

I saw that on CNN. Poor you. That snow plow looks pretty fun to drive I must say.

Oh, Melli, I hope Ella likes the snow as much as Luz!
God is going BIG with winter this year for us, isn't He?
We finally got plowed out tonight after 10pm -- too late to go anywhere -- and we are told to expect 10-20 more inches here!
My husband plans to go to work in the morning, since he can now drive out of the neighborhood. I just hope he can get back home again! And I hope to get to a store tomorrow to restock our fridge. We're not out of food, but it would be nice to have more than 2 gallons of milk and a dozen eggs with the hungry man cubs in the house! And the cat needs kitty litter... somehow in making sure we had more than enough toilet paper 2 weeks ago, I forgot to check HER supplies! LOL

Girl...we are sending you about another couple of feet of snow. It rained here all day today and last night. We are supposed to get some winter precipitation on Thursday and I guess that will be coming your way next weekend. I hope you guys are staying warm and thank goodness for your friend with the snow plow thing. Hope my husband's aunt is ok...may need to call her tomorrow.

We are getting the snow storm tonight and Tuesday. We missed the last one with two inches but my snow removal guy came anyway. He got the bump that the snow plows made.

Wow! When it melts won't you have flood? I hope you are staying warm up there!!!

Wow, the most we've ever had was 19 inches about 30 years ago. I'm so glad you still got power! Florida has been cool according to my mom. She was complaining Sunday that it was only 50 degrees and the wind was making it cooler! Aww!
