It's all in a day....
Soooo... I woke up a bit later than normal this morning -- around 7:45.... I still wasn't "rushed" knowing that I didn't have to be at work until 10:00. I spent a few minutes talking with God, voicing a few hopes for how my day would go, and thanking him for giving me this day to add to my repertoire... then I hopped in the shower, got dressed, came down stairs, brewed a pot of coffee and sat down to read blogs. And that was when it hit me that today is Thursday and I don't work today! ROFL!!!So, I guess I am ready for whatever comes my way! :)
Just one other thing -- wanted to let y'all know that those GIANT dandelions in my WW down below -??? -- they stand about 3 feet tall, and they are NOT in my garden - they were in the raised lawn of a home I passed in DC on my way home from the zoo last year! I have NO idea what they are -- I was actually hoping that one of you were going to tell me yesterday! But I guess they will remain one of life's great mysteries to me! ;)

Melli, OC, my adorable botonist/microbiologist/oceanographer says he thinks it may be some kind of lily, but without a good photo of the leaves, he can't be certain.

I would forget that I HAVE to workd and you of course forget that you DON'T HAVE to, Melli, Melli your Alzenheimer ! Mentioning Zoo, I have been yesterday in Antwerpen (second town in Belgium) and they have a wonderful Zoo ! I felt in love with an Urang Utan (?) and could take very nice pictures of him ! I haven't been in a Zoo since 30 years !
