    She's HERE! She's HERE!!!

    Jientje
    (who is NOT Zhon-tay, and is NOT Gene-Chew either!)
    HAS ARRIVED!
    It turns out she IS Jean-sha!
    I like it!
    (I just can't get used to it!)

    You can hear all about our misguided adventures beginning with
    ME not being at the airport on time *sigh* over at Heaven is in
    Belgium    . I'm suuuuure you'll get the full story at that blog!!!

    Just remember...
    in the end...
    we DID get home!

    And Jientje finally met Ella!
    (who was ready to be-head ME for leaving her at home...)

    After a quick dinner of Chili & Cornbread Jientje
    and I headed out to the mall to get her a Go-Phone!
    Too bad we didn't get to the mall until 30 mins. before closing!

    She DID get her Go-Phone though...
    or well...
    "A" phone anyway...
    And then we made a quick DASH for the
    Build-a-Bear store in HOPES of getting Ella's Halloween costume...
    but it was already closed....

    And the kitchen store wouldn't let us in either ...
    But Jientje window-drooled!

    We came and had a glass of wine (or maybe 2) and then
    tucked Jientje in to bed -- she had been UP for 24 hours!



    But this morning... it was soooooo nice to wake up to
    Coffee with Jientje!!!
    (at MY own kitchen table)
    Life is GOOD!

    I had always thought of her name phonetically Jee-en-tjay. So I'm way off!
