    Funeral Service...


    Funeral Service for Dr. John will be held
    Thursday, February 18, 2010
    at
    St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church
    140 South Green Bay Road
    Neenah, WI 54956-2247

    There will be a viewing from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
    with the service beginning at 11:00.

    If you would care to send cards or flowers they may be sent to the church. I know cards will not arrive in time for the funeral, but I also know that they will still get into the hands of his family and loved ones.

    I was devestated when I read the news. I had been thinking of Dr. John latley, and missed him, and all of my fellow bloggers. He was such an inspiration to all of us, and his wisodm, and faith helped me personally more than I could ever express. I will miss him dearly.

    I'd had Dr. John on my mind lately, too. It was about that question you posed about if God told you to do something. I remembered his response was that he wasn't sure at all times that he would be able to discern who was telling or asking him. That has been on my mind a lot. It showed how well his mind functioned.

    He was a bright light on the internet and a sweet gentleman.

    I just found out that Dr.John passed away from Bill's blog. This is very sad news to read in the morning. My heartfelt sympathy and deepest condolences to Betty and her family. RIP, Dr.John. I know you were a wonderful soul.
