Wanna Play?Appetizer
Describe a toy you remember from your childhood.
Do you know that song about the Marvelous Toy - by John Denver? The lyrics go "It went zip when it moved and bop when it stopped whirrrrr when it stood still, I never knew just what it was and I guess I never will." Well - I had a toy like that! I knew what it was - it was a spaceship... the 1960's version of what a spaceship should be. It was silver with LOTS of brightly colored flashing lights on it. One of those toys a child can't play WITH, but just watch! I did love that thing though! I think I was 3 or 4 when I had it... maybe 5.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being highest) how observant are you?
Ugh... I am such a zero! No no no... okay... honestly... about a 4! Not very observant at all!

LOL! Back in BED! I have to be at work in 47 minutes though...

Yesterday! I learn something new EVERYday! It's easy when ya don't know much to start with!

Happy Friday, Melli! Work sucks sometimes doesn't it?? lol.. but it's better than not being able to pay the bills. Hoepfully one day one of my books will be in your "to be read" pile. :-) One can only hope... lol

Good Morning! I just got back from Curves. You must be feeling better if you are off to work..that is great!! I think that we need to keep learning as much as we can and as for being observant..down here with all of the crime we have to be looking around and watching at all times. We never know who might be around. I hope your day goes wonderful..Sandy

I think you're working WAY too hard this summer!
I hope your vertigo is better. Did they give you exercises to do? That's what they did to me when I had vertigo. I never did them, but anyway. . . :)

I love John Denver but I don't remember that song...will have to check it out. I have to stop buying books because I have a huge pile to go through and then there are always new ones coming out! too little time, too much to do!
