It's a nice picture. We don't need realism all the time. We have photos like that. Your picture is very creative!

Hi Melli. That's a cute and very creative drawing. My son saw it and he loved your Noah's Ark. He even pointed to the woman cooking. The Chicago Bulls is a cool highlight. Fantastic work!

Happy Weekend.

Looks like you put your creative touch into everything you do. Well done.

I agree with Pam about the weight loss. Congratulations!! My husband has been working hard on that for several months.

You draw much better than me! My kids laugh at my stick figures.

Oh - and my photo (of the kid underwater) was meant to be creative in an of itself. The combination of blues, rippling water and his red hair struck me as a creative shot.

Happy weekend.

Wow..I'm VERY impressed!! I cannot draw either...although people in my family are rather artistic. Thanks for sharing, and yes, I agree that you should have pictures of things you make before you give it away!!

What a great work! I love the look on Noah's face: slightly frustrated and bewildered (who wouldn't be!) And all the while the animals are happy as can be.

By  Andree, at 7/28/2007 11:09 AM

In my book, you are very talented! I think it is so cute!

By  Anonymous, at 7/28/2007 11:10 AM

Are you joking? I think it's perfect. AND I KNOW how artistic and creative you are! I'm sitting here looking at a plaque you made me!!!

But, I did come over to have you look at this, this is directed to you, personally.

About my height: (LOL) I am fairly short, but Jamie is very tall and she had heels on, too! AND, she was on the down slope of the driveway....! ( Besides which, I have shrunk.....) Her brother is very tall, too!

It's cute -- and your drawing is a dang sight better than mine! I can tell what your animals are! I draw things like girzebrions.

This is neat Melli!! I think you did a great job!!

Kelly got a picture up of Nancy when the football players came to her party!

Karen lol at your comments about your earlier days as a football fan!

You are very talented. I could never draw anything like that. You should really exploit your talent, i.e., develop it more and work at making some $ with it. You could succeed.

By  JHS, at 7/28/2007 2:35 PM

Very creative!I wish I could draw that well!

By  Crooked Eyebrow, at 7/28/2007 6:39 PM

Melli, that icing on LifeCruiser's cake photos is called Fondant. It is what I used in my sugar eggs. You know, to make the angel and bird in yours. However, it really isn't very good tasting. Fondant is a new type of covering wedding cakes that are smooth. You can work it like clay too, or roll it out. Pretty neat stuff. Just wish they could make it with a sweeter taste of something.

I love your creativity -- wish I could see the other three. . . At least you have the memories of them.

Come see my entry.
