Today's Theme: PLASTIC

I'm pretty sure I have a million pictures with plastic
in them... but none could be so precious as these...

Luz sipping tea with pinky extended...
From her little pink plastic princess tea set...
wearing Nana's hat.
Goodness, how I love that little girl!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today will be other pink fun, as Luz has her tap and ballet recital today!
Her tap performance is a solo!
I am one EXCITED Nana!!!
Yes, I am!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Krysti emailed yesterday and said that she has "survived" Amsterdam, Paris, Switzerland, and Germany! She now has 3 days in Austria and then hooooooooome! She said she has had a blast but that she is ready (oh soooooooooo ready) to come HOME! Tap your heels together 3 times Krysti, and repeat... there's no place like home... LOL! I will be happy to have her back too! Though I suspect I won't see her for long before she goes back to work! After all, she's been OFF for two weeks!

Luz is adorable! Pink is definitely her color and it takes a real lady to make plastic look elegant, but she pulled it off!

Krysti will come home and sleep until it's time to go to work! While she's sleeping, grab all her pictures and scan them for us!

That's one of the cutest uses of plastic! Have fun at the recital! I'm sure it will be great.

She must be exhausted ! that's like travelling from your place to Los Angeles, then to the Niagara Falls then to San Fransisco then to Boston, she zigzagged really through Europe. Who did plan that going up and down ?? He/she must have slept during geography lessons.
My suitcase is packed, now I will pick up Ilona she will sleep here and tomorrow at 4 Mr. Gattino drives us to the Airport. Plane leaves at 6 am !

Luz looks like Lady Luz, in miniature !

Thank you for sharing Luz with all of us. She truly is a Princess!
Wants to come home? From Europe? Jack had to threaten me to get me to come back from Germany. I love it there. If I couldn't live in the USA, I'd live in Germany.

Those are the sweetest pictures!! Oh my how I wish my dil had given birth to another child and that it had been a girl. They tried after my grandson was born, but God decided TJ was about all they could handle so no more for them.

I know you will be so happy to have Krysti home again. I'm so envious of her trip I could weep. It is wonderful she got to make such a fabulous trip.

My brother lives most of the time in Vienna... or rather, his home base is there. He left Vienna this morning for Germany to sing a Mahler concert and then is off to a festival performance of Othello....opera.

Good luck to Luz and her recital... too cute! Mine is up here.
