Well, What Did You Expect???
I know! I know! This is day 3 in a row of Nana blogs Luz! But criminy! It was her RECITAL yesterday ... what do you expect? Of course it's all about Luz today! I knOW! How many different ways ARE there to say she's adorable! I knOW! You can just go on with yourself today if ya want to! But a Nana has to DO what a Nana has to DO! It's my JOB! And I'm not a slacker!
This was her ballet number.
Done to a song called I Am A Dancer.
And they were! Soooooooo adOrable!
But then - later ... after the intermission...
came the bestest best BEST part of the whOle entire show!
Our Little Luz
performing SOLO!!!
*she was supposed to have another little girl with her -
but the other little girl wouldn't do it!*
But Luz DID it! She REALLY did! She was sO nervous and scared, but she got out there and she danced! Alllllllllllllll. By. Herself. I am tellin' ya... she is an awesome child!
And she WAS the star of the show!
There was not another SOLO performance the whole show!
After the performance with her Daddywho had roses for her!
Of course he did!

Oh my goodness Melli. What a doll she is and brave to boot. Good for her. She's going to go far in life either that or she's going to be a ham and want all the attention LOL. Melli -- Luz is adorable. You can show pictures of her everyday if you please. She is a charmer.

I'm with quilly...show pics of her everyday! She is just so cute.
So she knows soft shoe and tap! She absolutely deserved the solo perfomance! And the roses were pink, too. Daddy knows best.

I've had such a hard day today and seeing this beautiful child, who brings such joy to the world brought tears to my eyes. How blessed your whole family is that God brought this special child into your lives.
And that you so much Melli, for sharing her with us. I needed a dose of adorable.

Melli, I've been runnin' way behind! So, I've just been reading and catching up on your blog. BUT....I have to say that these last two posts are my favorite!! That little girl is so special. It's plain to see in each of your photos. I wouldn't blame you a bit, if every post was about her. I would keep coming back to look. :-)
