Weekend Reflections... and stuff...

James, over at Newton Area Photo,
hosts Weekend Reflections.

The LAST Bug...

Or the first!
This was actually the bug that made me run
outside BETWEEN sections of the Terracotta
Warrior exhibit to take pictures in the courtyard!
You can see ME reflected in the back of this beetle
and I must say - he flatters me! I look downright
SKINNY! :)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Look Who...
... straightened her hair!
WOW what a different look!
Still gorgeous though!
(that is the hair I WANTED in High School!)
And...
Look who...
has learned to JUMP ROPE!
My little Texican Jumping Bean!
Yikes, this bug is ugly ! but your reflection is great in there, lol !
Love Amanda's new "head" makes her younger looking ! As Thom would say : "it's only my opinion"
Oh, I think the bug is beautiful, but he stays put and doesn't run away under the furniture!
Love the reflecting bug! Glad he's there, not here though.
I was thinking that I would say in my comment that I can see you in the reflection, and then you already said it on your post. Nice find.
I was just at the NatGeo museum this past Monday. I took the kids to see the warriors, but loved the giant bugs outside as well.
Nice reflection! Awfully big bug, though!!!
Mittu has naturally curly hair and straightens it sometimes. It must be so nice to have options!!!
Hurray for Luz!
That bug makes a great frame for the reflection. This scores originality points. Very cool. I also noticed the reflections in the window. :)
I think I found the extra 2 pounds you just lost last week. Want them back? LOL
I *TRIED* to participate in the reflections meme, but the kids were hogging the computer all weekend. And now I am on overdrive this week with my Lenten study, the book study I am teaching on Thursdays, the women's group from church that is meeting here for breakfast and bible study on Saturday (MUST.CLEAN.MY.HOUSE) ...AND... my friend D --a friend here in great need. She is a modern day Job. Please add her to your prayer list.
